Contract Growing

 

Our sister company, New Horizen Farm-Nursery, is a wholesale production plant nursery situated +/- 40km outside of Cape Town, +/- 12km before Malmesbury in the Groenerivier area.

We contract grow for specific contracts, namely:

• Environmental and ecological rehabilitation projects such as Cogmanskloof and the Lourens River Flood Alleviation.  New Horizen Farm-Nursery, is involved in the ongoing search and rescue process of plant material. The propagation of these plants by our highly trained horticulturalists, will ensure that the endemic plant species, including red data plant species, will be returned to their habitats.
• Large landscape and construction contracts where unavailable plants are grown to the contract specifications. Projects include Cape Town Stadium and surrounds, and the Integrated Rapid Transit (IRT) contracts.
